When physically attending the conference, you will receive two coffee breaks and one lunch per day. Moreover, there will be a workshop reception on Monday, a welcome dinner on Tuesday, a social dinner on Wednesday, and a farewell party on Thursday.

BPM 2021 will take place in a mixed mode. You may attend the event either physically or online in case you cannot travel to Rome or prefer staying at home.

Main conference and workshop day 650€* For Authors 200€*
Main conference (Tue – Thu) 570€* For all others 100€*
Workshop day (Monday OR Friday (**)) 100€*
Students (***) 450€*

(*) Fees are without VAT (additional 22%). Italian laws allow in the cases below the payment of conference registration fees at no additional VAT 22%. In particular, individuals belonging to a foreign (non-Italian) organization/institution/university are exempted from paying the VAT. In this case, they should provide their institution data (VAT number, legal address, etc.) during the registration and payment process.
Italian participants need to pay VAT. If they register as “persona individuale” they need to pay the VAT directly during the registration and payment process, if conversely they want to have the payment performed by their institution (either university or public body), then they need to proceed to fatturazione elettronica and “split dell’IVA”. Detailed instructions will be provided during the registration process.

(**) On Friday, there will be an Italian event (BPMItaly + a round table with companies) and the Doctoral Consortium. With the registration “Workshop day”, you can attend either Monday, or Friday or both (but not the main conference and other events)

(***) Students will receive all services except the social dinner on Wednesday

BPM 2021 format

The online mode uses Whova and Zoom. Each conference track will be managed professionally to enable all combinations for presenting papers and attending the event (i.e., in presence speaker / in presence attendee,  in presence speaker / online attendee, online speaker / in presence attendee, and online speaker / online attendee).

Italy is safe at this juncture, with all regions being at a low level of risks, 10M citizens being already vaccinated, and everything being re-opened (keeping >1m distance and wearing masks). One may travel freely with the EU green pass, which should become available soon.
