The 19th edition of the BPM conference series will be hosted by Dipartimento di Ingegneria Informatica, Automatica e Gestionale Antonio Ruberti at Sapienza Università di Roma, Rome, Italy, from 6 to 10 September, 2021.

The conference will continue its tradition as the premiere venue for innovative and rigorous research across the whole spectrum of Business Process Management.

The conference will feature three keynotes speakers (Hajo Reijers, Stefanie Rinderle-Ma, Giuseppe De Giacomo), four tutorials, eight sessions for a total of 21 papers, one BPM Forum, an RPA Forum + Keynote, a Blockchain Forum + Keynote, and a very nice social program with four events, including welcome and farewell dinners as well as a Conference Party. On Monday workshops will precede the conference; on Friday, the ITBPM (the Italian forum on Business Process Management) and a Doctorial Consortium.

Over the past decade, the conference has built its reputation by showcasing leading-edge research of the highest quality together with talks, tutorials and discussions by the most renown thought leaders and innovators in the field. The BPM conference series embraces the diversity and richness of the BPM field and serves as a melting pot for experts from a mix of disciplines including Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, and Management.

The organization of BPM 2021 will be managed by Sapienza Università di Roma, Rome, Italy, with the support of Consulta Umbria.
